When will my order arrive?
Every product is imported from Seoul, Korea, through the brand's official channels. Delivery takes 3–6 working days: about 3 for Islamabad and Rawalpindi, 5 for Lahore, 6 for Karachi and 5 for other cities.
Where do I find my tracking number?
We send it by SMS and email as soon as your parcel leaves our Islamabad store.
My tracking shows no update yet
Couriers can take a few hours to scan a new parcel. If nothing shows after a day, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan.
