Shipping and delivery

YESBEAUTY delivers across Pakistan. Our Korean products are imported from Seoul, Korea, through each brand's official distribution channels and dispatched from our Pakistan team once your order is confirmed.

Delivery times

• Islamabad and Rawalpindi: about 3 working days
• Lahore: about 5 working days
• Karachi: up to 6 working days
• Other cities: about 5 working days

Times are counted in working days from order confirmation.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery: Rs. 290, free on orders over Rs. 6,000.
• Express delivery: Rs. 380, where available.
• Orders over Rs. 8,000 also get 2 free gifts.

Payment

Pay by cash on delivery, debit or credit card, or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan.

Tracking your order

You receive a tracking number by SMS when your parcel is handed to the courier. Follow it on our order tracking page, or message us on WhatsApp (+92 344 3791390), every day from 07:00 to 21:00.

Damaged or defective products

If your parcel arrives damaged or a product is defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Our courier collects it from your address free of charge, and you choose a replacement or a refund. See our refund policy for details.
